Rules and Guidelines

Forum Rules:

1. English or Tagalog only conversations.
2. Follow Enforcers (moderator) requests or warnings.
3. Swearing is not allowed.
4. Avoid using one word as a reply on any topics.
5. Respect all Players (users).
6. Be civil, polite and follow common netiquette.
7. A-Team and Enforcers have the right to ban anyone who starts an argument.
8. No website invites or advertisements.
9. Do not use Excessive Upper-case Letters (CAPS) since it is considered as shouting.
10. Do not abuse or harass other users in any way.
11. No Discrimination - You may not insult members based on their religion, race, gender, political beliefs, or whether they are gay or straight. This is worse than flaming, because it also hurts other members of the board who fall into the category you insult.
12. Multiple accounts is not allowed. We only allow one person per account.
13. Below 18 years old are NOT ALLOWED in this community either make any transactions.
14. Report to Moderator option should be use ONLY if the following rules has been breached by other members.
15. Any posts/images related to teen or any underage topic is NOT ALLOWED.
17. Member's account need NOT TO BE SHARE to outsiders/non-member.
18. Strictly NO advertisement of any services in public/open forum.

Posting Rules:

1. NO URL redirection links such as LinkBucks, AdFly, etc. Topic will be remove and user will get banned.
2. Double or redundant posts/topics are NOT allowed. Multiple thread/topics are to be LOCKED or TO BE REMOVED.
3. Topics older than 6 months without new reply will be locked, PM admin/mods to unlock otherwise it will be deleted within 3 months.
4. No Posting Personal Information such as real name, real Facebook accounts, home address, work place, etc.

Chatbox Rules:

1. NO Flooding in chatbox. You are NOT to exceed 1 line in 60 seconds.
2. NO Repeating of message in chatbox. A maximum of two (2) line/repeat is allowed.
3. NO posting of any kind of link in the chatbox except A-Team or Enforces, use private messaging instead.
4. NO illegal drugs, rapes, kidnappings, child porn or any kind of topics in chatbox.
5. Do NOT use Excessive Upper-case Letters (CAPS)
6. NO Discrimination - You may NOT insult members based on their religion, race, gender, political beliefs, or whether they are gay or straight.
7. Strictly NO advertisement of any services in chatbox.
8. Chatbox is only for greetings other players.
9. Stop posting unnecessary messages.

Breaking rules result in punishments.
There are several types of punishments:

1. Warning - This is where a public announcement is made that mentions your name and that you have broken a rule. I will determine whether you knew what you were doing was wrong or whether a warning is necessary to explain it do you. If I do not give a warning, I will skip ahead to the next step in the penalty list.
2. Muting - This is where you are not able to talk on the board. You may still view it.
3. Temporary Ban - This is where you are not able to view the board for a certain period of time.
4. Permanent Ban - You can never again view the board.

Rules for Posting Images:

1. Nudes / sexual content. Please do not embed such images in your messages. If you wish to bring a gallery of such images to people's attention, please just post a link.
2. Images of children. We absolutely do not allow any nude / semi-nude / voyeuristic pictures of children or links to such galleries. Anyone posting such images or links to galleries with such images will be immediately banned and may be reported to the authorities.
3. Voyeuristic pictures. We do not allow posting of voyeur pictures. Note that we will err on the side of caution here, so don't cross the gray line.
4. Posting many pictures. Do not post more than 10 pictures in one message, instead post a link to a gallery. Posting several messages with just one image in each in a short period will be treated as SPAM -- it will be deleted.
5. Poser Picture/s. Posting images that is not yours is NOT ALLOWED most specially on Ads service threads even outside this community. And NO posting/Using of Private Genital parts as your AVATAR! Any useful images for Avatar is allowed. If you post an image in your post, please downsize the image to no larger than 800 x 800 pixels. In addition, DO NOT hotlink the images. Hotlinking is when you are stealing the bandwidth of a website that you do not have permission to link to. For example, if you see an image on the other website that you want to post in a post of yours, download the image and then upload it to your own website or an image hosting site and then link to that image. Do Not link directly to the image on the eod.to that is called "hotlinking"... it is bad form... and it is stealing bandwidth that doesn't belong to you and you don't have permission to use in that manner. Members caught hotlinking will be asked to remove the link if they cannot correct it. Members who continuously have to be asked not to hotlink will lose posting privileges.
5. Legal ownership. Each message posted is owned by and the opinion of the original poster. Neither eod.to nor its owners or Admins/Moderators are legally responsible for anything posted on these forums. The Admins/Moderators reserves the right to remove any or all of your messages at any time and ban you if they sees fit.

Warning Points:

Regular:
1. Warning - 25 points (first offense)
2. Second Warning - 25 points (second offense)
3. Temporary Ban - 50 points (final) plus Muting (unable to post)
4. Permanent Ban - Removal/Locked Account

Special Cases:
1. Behavior / Troller / Kupaloids / Cyber bullying - 50 Points
2. Spamming - 50 Points
3. Multiple accounts - 50 points
